  I have to say I was disappointed. The response for a service call was excellent. Diagnosed my water heater problem as thermostats. Quoted me $440 to fix when I was able to purchase replacement thermostats for $28. Half an hour to install by myself. Quoted me $1400 to replace an electric hot water heater that I paid $398 at Home Depot. I understand that a reasonable labor rate is fair. I would have gladly paid an hour of labor to fix the problem but a quote of $440 for such an easy fix was outlandish and disappointing. Very sad because my sister recommended you to me. I can afford to pay and have some knowledge but all I could think of how someone living on a tight fixed income with no knowledge would get ripped off. I will look for someone else in the future. Sorry to have to say this but you asked for feedback. I hope this helps you get better.

  Terry - we believe our prices are fair and we do not rip people off. We are much lower than other major cities on our pricing. We came out and diagnosed your issue and you were charged $35 for us to tell you what was wrong. We gave you a quote for a repair or a water heater replacement. You elected for not have us repair it and every customer has that option. Like you stated, you elected to do it yourself for the repair, other prefer us to do it. As far as the water heater, the quality of the water heaters we provide are not the same as big box stores and we update all connections so it was more than just the last price of the water heater for the price. We are happy that based on the diagnosis we provided you, that you were able to find the part needed and replace it yourself and therefore your issue is resolved.

  Mark is by far the best and most reasonable plumber Ive ever encountered in over 50 years. Hes very mild mannered, quiet, but answers all your questions and gets the job done extremely quickly. Best of all, his prices are the most reasonable on the market. 5 star plumber, hands down. Highly recommended.

  Well where do I begin. I recently moved to Seguin from New Mexico and being no stranger to water issues, such as hard water , polluted water and toxic water, I knew that I had to install a softener and a filtration system. After 20 hours speaking with colleagues , manufacturers, scientists and chemists , I finally settled on the ProPur whole house filtration and structuring system by Highbrow Filters out of Florida . This system received everything including fluoride and PFOAs and so I had to have this system. As a doctor who understands the importance of toxicity I knew that my water was crucial to my health. I hired ME Plumbing out of Seguin to install tours this system and set up the piping and all I can say is Wow !! Ryan and J.P are the best. So professional, very respectful and very transparent about everything there we’re doing. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste time trying to find a plumber in the San Antonio, South Austin Area. If you live out here you’re best bet is ME Plumbing . I highly encourage you to not waste another second on getting quotes. Hire ME today for all your plumbing needs.
