  I *tried* to use them. There was a leaky shower valve at a relative's property, it's an easy enough job with a Delta fixture. I called M Cary & booked them for the earliest available appointment which was 4 days later on a Saturday. We were booked as the "third call" of the day, which usually happens before noon (according to them). That's fine, I know very well that contractor schedules aren't entirely predictable, but they said they would call before coming out. We literally made ourselves available all day. By 2pm, we tried calling, but they don't answer the phones on Saturday. We eventually got a call, too late, at 4:30 with a message that said "I could be on the way right now, but you have to confirm you will be there." Well, we had plans and couldn't. If you are going to make appointments for Saturday, you need to have a way for folks to follow up. If you literally cannot get through 2 calls before 4:30pm, you should reconsider your line of work or answer the phones so a person can find out an ETA. We wasted a Saturday. I use a lot of contractors for my work, so. You'll never get a recommendation from me.

  James is super smart, quick, and professional. Diagnosed and repaired the first sink, and then addressed another issue and installed broken stoppers in our sink (when every other company I've called has said we could find them ourselves and refused to help), and even took a quick look at our hot water heater to let us know what model it was. I love that they wore masks and booties unprompted. Also dispatchers are super pleasant and efficient. Best service in Atlanta.
