  I met Mike for the first time. Excellent service in need and on time. The cost can not be more reasonable and fair than they charge. Contrary to many reviews, Mike himself is an excellent person, and leads a nice team. There are many who charge for a visit and a quote even for a standard process. Mike didn't go over by a penny beyond his service. So, we already have experiences with others, but when you need a service again, I recommend and my personal advise, please check once with Mike and his team. Thanks.

  Called this company to get my oil boiler cleaned out. After a 3 hour wait for them to arrive. the service man arrived and left in less then 25 minutes. He thought i was setting him up. he said he had bad vibes and thought i worked for the town and was trying to pull a fast one. He didn’t like the repairs that was done by a chimney company and another plumbing company. He then saw a camera facing my front door and cameras around my home and thought even more. I live next to a school and the cameras come in hand for anything as well as plain safety. He advised to take the other companies to court because he wouldnt touch my boiler. i called this company because i live in hicksville. What an upsetting experience.

  Mike and his son were amazing. I had a sewer back log and my husband was just home from the hospital. Not only did they arrive when expected and take care of everything quickly, they cleaned everything up for me so I wouldn't have to deal with it. I have found my forever plumber!
