Had my submersible pump go out on me and was scrambling to find someone to repair/replace it, as it's the only source of water on my property. Called Mr. Lane, and he and his son were at my place in under thirty minutes. Within an hour they had diagnosed the problem, pulled, and replaced the pump and all associated hardware. (My pump was from 1988 and finally died on me). I can't say enough about these guys! Complete professionals who know the business in and out and helped me when I was in a bind. And even on an emergency call-out, they charged me a good bit less than what I'd been quoted by competition down the road (who also told me it would be five days before he could get to me). Really great experience all around, just good people. Will definitely be using them for all of my well/septic needs in the future. If you see this, thank you!!!

I needed a septic tank inspected because it kept backing up. Other providers either didn't answer or made me feel like I needed to know the specs for my system before calling for a septic tank inspection. Mr. Lane was very understanding and allowed me to decide how far we'd take the project once we saw it was gonna need a tank and a drain field maintenance. I never felt pressured, and he completed the work same day as the inspection. Very satisfied.

Very satisfied with the prompt service. Showed up a few minutes early for appointment. Pumping was done quickly. Service was courteous and professional. The only addition to quoted price was for snaking a clogged pipe at my husband's request. We did ask on the phone if there was a price increase for larger tanks. (There was, but it didn't apply to us.) Would strongly recommend this local company. (My husband believes they installed the septic tank originally, but otherwise this company and its employees are not known to us.)
