  I’ve called Laconia Plumbing and Heating twice for emergency situations (once was for not heat and it was -5out) and RJ was great with communication, discussing what was occurring, what he would need to do, how much it would roughly cost and does fantastic work. I couldn’t be happier with the service of the company and the quality of their work. I’d encourage anyone with a heating or plumbing concern to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

  I have to say that my experience with this company continues to be exemplary. I had a major back up on Thanksgiving night and called first thing in the am in a complete panic. The owner was at my door step in 10 min. I have had a lot of work done by RJ now. He is fast, understands my needs, and his price is very good. It is so nice to have someone reliable and honest. I value his opinion and have several new projects for him after seeing the quality of his work. For you ladies, he cleans up after himself and explains what needs to be done and why. Thank you for your job well done!

  Great service! Great company! You’ll get a quick response if you leave a message. It’s also been convenient to communicate via text as well. He’s very honest about his rates and so there are no surprises. We’ve had two unfortunate plumbing issues and he’s been the only company to ever fit us in quickly. Professional, never leaves a mess behind, and efficient. Highly recommend! He’s the only one we’ll call from now on!
