  Did not put the put the fitting correctly on my up stairs bathroom tub, and caused 1200 dollars worth of damage. The owner stated he was not responsible, even though it the leak was directly related to fitting they installed.

  These guys came out to help me with a leak in my irrigation system. They were very knowledgable and friendly. I appreciated the direct pricing and in no way felt taken advantage of. They had a booklet with pricing and let me know upfront what it would be with no worries that they just pulled a price out of the air. They had me up in running in no time!

  Called 4 days in advance of a requested appointment, told they would call before coming. Got a call 12:30 saying they weren't coming until Tuesday 2 days later. Tuesday rolls around and now it's Wednesday and still haven't heard a word. Very unprofessional and poor service. Plenty of other plumbers around to choose from. DON'T USE JIM SNELL!!!!
