  John came promptly on time with his partner during the COVID pandemic to give me a schedule free estimate to fix a leaking drain line. He quoted me $450, but later lowered it to $350 when I asked if we could get the price down. I was happy and told him that if this worked out, I'd give him a good review online and he could be my go to guy for plumbing. We then exchanged texts about scheduling, and he was open for the following week on either Tuesday or Wednesday. But after I asked if he was licensed or had a couple references to give me (since there were no Google reviews), he then replied that he was booked for the next several weeks and suggested I have someone else do the work. I would not recommend due to the lack of professionalism, unwillingness to provide references, and for dropping me after giving a quote and saying he'd be available. Glad I didn't do business with him, because that wouldn't have worked for me.

  What amazing customer service! John came out to see my problem within an hour and told me it was the city's responsibility. He called them for me and they were at my house in 20 minutes. All is fixed! Thank you Jet Plumbing 💓

  John did a great job and was really responsive and professional. It was a challenging job and required considerable digging outside, he and his team did a great job repairing the line and cleaning up the space afterward.
