  I contacted this company, gave the details of my job to fix a simple PVC pipe(in my crawl space), waited 6 weeks just to be told they cannot do it. I was told by the serviceman that he had declined a job that same day from someone else. If your job is not easy, these are not the people doing it.

  Do not use this company, our house is 2 years old and they can’t even properly seal a toilet. They messed it up on the installation, and then came back out to fix it and couldn’t even do that. Now they are trying to charge us a crazy amount to fix their mistake.

  I waited for over an hour and a half for an estimate appointment only to have the person never show up. I called the company. She told me she would call the plumber and call me right back. When she called back she told me she could not reach the plumber, but to wait longer he was on his way. I asked if she could not reach him how did she know he was on his way...she simply said she was sure he would be there soon. HE NEVER SHOWED! Needless to say they have lost our business. We will now be using a company that does not waste our time.
