  Joe is a LIFE SAVER. We just moved into an old home in Newman and within a few days we had a major sewage backup. A different company was sent out through our home warranty and they misdiagnosed the issue and were ready to charge us thousands of dollars. On a whim, I decided to call Joe at J&S. He squeezed us into his schedule and came to our house just a few hours later. Within minutes he had cleared the line and resolved the issue! We are incredibly grateful for his efforts. From now one we won't even bother going through our home warranty, we'll just pay out of pocket and call Joe since I know he'll do the job quickly and correctly. Thanks again, Joe!

  I am a senior, he was so respectful. Went above and beyond to find and repair the pipe. I am still grateful. I would recommend this gentleman to everyone without hesitation. Thank You Joe!!
