  Worst contractors ever. Here is the evidence. They want to charge me labor costs twice because their first installation had a factory defect. Let me clear this up to make sure you understand. Jet Plumbing had to do extra work due to issues with their supplier and not because we asked them too. We did not select Jet Plumbing or reached out to Jet Plumbing company as a new customer. We did so because Pulte Homes decided to give them the opportunity to work for them, and as the original installer they are responsible for addressing any issues under their warranty. Jet Plumbing did not address the original issue that was identified back in July and under Pulte Home Warranty due to the fact that the product installed was deffective. It is not our responsibility to ensure that your product is ready for installation. Like I said before, this is not our responsibility and we will not pay for labor and service of a product that is coverered under warranty.

  First time was an emergency and I called they showed up right away and got to work and did a fantastic job. The owner even came by to see if I was happy with the work. So the next time I had an issue with a very old house 60 years old I called them right away. This time I needed them for an issue in the kitchen. They were awesome, fast and a fair price. They also had masks on and did the social distance thing. Would recommend them for any plumbing issues.

  Great customer service and attention to detail. Arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company and have been using Jet Plumbing for years.
