  This business is unethical, they come out to provide a solution through home warranties. Tell you they will try a solution and then, they don’t even try it because the customer does not want to pay extra for other items. I was told that the snake would be used in the kitchen sink and it might work, then a few moments later he was telling me to also use the camera that’s with a cost of $250 + 75 service call. I decide to decline the camera and all of the sudden they can do the sink. It sad these companies prey on customers, unethical.

  Replaced a faucet and it started leaking a mear 3 weeks later. It took 4 hours without any reply to calls, once they arrived (javier) was very unprofessional and had an attitude saying the leak had nothing to do with the faucet he had replaced even though it was. He charged us another $150 for a job he did incorrectly.. there should be a work garuntee for horrible work like this. Do not recommend at all.

  Honey Bee /Art was great. He was fantastic with communication and helped us with talking to the home warranty company. He was professional, showed up when he said he would and installed a new water heater ASAP. Highly recommend his service.
