  THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I needed a shower system for my remodel and Sheila Horst, the showroom sales rep, was cold as ice. No help at all. She was a miserably un-happy person, but I placed an order anyway because I needed the supplies. After leaving I began my own research and needed to modify my order a little. Well I'm glad I called back because my order was almost completely all wrong. I kept trying to go to other sales reps, but they continued to send me back to the original rep because she wrote the first estimate. Here it is 1 month later and I still have not received credit back on my Visa for the changes I made to my original order/purchase. I will never go back OR recommend this place

  Been to Hughes for all my DYI plumping needs. Each time the person was very knowledgeable and had the parts in stock. Better than going to the box hardware stores.
