  We used to swear by them even if their bid was more than a competitor.we had them install 3 wood stoves including chimney, we had ducts cleaned,chimney swept,furnace service and recommended them every chance I got but for some reason this year we have had to call several times just for a single call back only to be put off until December at the earliest ( just to get a bid) their work is top notch and their customer service used to match we have been loyal customers for ten + years now their customer service is no better than anyone else

  I secluded a appointment with them they missed me they called me back I rescheduled 2 more times they called back one more time to reschedule again. My husband called to see if they were coming he was told they had seen all of their client's in our area and would be back next year. I feel they don't value you as a paying customer and don't really care if they have your business. I say find someone who cares. DON'T USE THEM!!!!

We are trying to keep up with a high demand for cooling as daily temperatures are reaching over 100 degrees, as well as daily schedule changes due to COVID-19 in the area.   Our furnace went out on a Sunday and we called Hills on Monday. They were able to get a tech out that same day and have our issue fixed within a few hours. Great service and food prices. We're very happy with our experience
