  I have a floor oil circulator. It is old as dirt.I have never had a problem with it.At times parts were hard to find for it.Well it finally broke down.I called all Companies that were recommended They all said the unit is to old and out dated but they would be glad to sell me a new unit.Did not have funds set aside for new one.Then saw ad for Herman.Gave them a call.They showed up and said wow this is an old one.They inspected the unit and said this was the top of the line back then.I thought here it comes,the you need a new unit and no parts were available conversation. That didnt happen.I left them alone as they double checked the unit.They went out to truck a few times.The last thing I saw done was vacuuming the unit.They asked where my thermostat was .He said adjust it where you like it.I did and it came on.WOW I thought.He said these older units are fun to work on.I accepted the yearly maintnance .I said What is owd for today,they said that its covered under the program you just purchased.A minor adjustment was all it took plus doing whats covered in the yearly maintenance program," you are good to go." They removed alot of oily rags and a bucket of some fluid and what looked like a cone shape sponge. And there many tools.I was amazed. They were professionals and very friendly. Left me with a warm feeling.It was 17° outside.

  Herman Allen replaced my hot water tank with a tankless unit. The install had a few glitches, but the techs stuck with it and ensured everything was done properly. Thank you guys for your persistence.

  Had to have an after hours plumber on Sunday. Colton was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Repair was quickly made, we were grateful. Highly recommend
