  This was hands-down THE BEST experience I've ever had working with any contractor. Ben, Chris, and Callie all went above and beyond for me when a pipe burst in my home. Ben was prompt, professional, and kind --- he quickly came to the rescue with a competitive bid for the project that started faster than any other plumbing team offered to. Callie coordinated logistics and her professionalism and crystal clear communication made the process effortless. She even made herself available by cell phone outside of regular business hours. Chris did the repiping and his craftsmanship was perfect. On top of that, he is truly a man of his word. He honored the original quote for the work, which as it proceeded, wound up requiring more work than the original scope. You will be doing yourself a HUGE favor if you work with this team. You can't do better in the Seattle area. There's likely no better team this size in all of Washington. Thank you Ben's Plumbing + HD Partners! You rock.
