  We called Five Star to check out our water heater and they came out the same day. A new water heater was ordered and installed 24 hours later. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly , and tidy. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends, and call again when I need the help of a good plumber !!

  We contacted Peter regarding an installation of an electric water heater in our newly constructed home. Peter consulted with us on the size of the water heater needed for the size of our house. He was very friendly and explained things in detail. On the day of the install, Peter soldered all the new connectors, installed the water heater, and it only took a few hours! He also educated us on the annual flush that we could do to prolong the life of the water heater. We are very satisfied with his service, professionalism, and price!

  I called Petr at Five Star mid morning. He had someone out to my house same day and worked around my work schedule. They were able to repair the problem in the same visit. Petr was very professional and pleasant to work with. they got the job done when other companies gave me the run around about how finding parts for a water heater bought a home depot would be difficult and take days. Five Star did a great job and I will recommend them and use them again for any plumbing needs.
