  We've had Five Star Plumbing out to replace a part on our laundry tub pump. Both times, we worked with Jonathan, who is polite, knowledgeable, and proud of his work. The company Five Star itself also has great customer service. We were slightly outside the 30 day window to opt for an entirely new pump and laundry sink, and they still credited us for the first job.

  Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. I called because there was water pouring into my basement and couldn't figure out why. Chris came within an hour and found a crack in my water heater- he helped me turn the water off, ordered my new water heater, and had it installed in under 3 hours! Total lifesavers and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work!

  My well tank gave out on a Thursday, by friday they had someone out to my house. Not only did everything get fixed, he was so pleasant and helpful. Good pricing as well. Made the best of an unfortunate situation. A month later my propane hot water heater went and my bathroom sink had a leak 🤦🏻‍♀️ I called 5 star and the guy they sent out, I think his name was Jonathan, was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Wore his mask the whole time. He replaced my old hot water heater and fixed the bathroom sink within a couple of hours! And the price was great. Very happy every time I use this company.
