  Everything seemed like it was going great until they left and I noticed my $180 Xbox Elite controller was missing. Company refuses to speak with us and actually hung up on my husband when he called to confront them. They halfway unclogged my plumbing and ran a camera. Ok so they did half their job… but my controller is still missing. They’re not even registered through the BBB so that should give you an idea. Imagine coming into someone’s home, looking around at all the demolition from a sewage back up, and then stealing from them. Class act right there. I had to give 1 star to get to this point but as far as I’m concerned, they’re negative stars. DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE!!

  Was schedule through my home warranty between the hours of 9am-12pm. They called me at 11:02 am and 11:09am. When I returned the call at 11:26, they canceled my appointment even though I was still in my schedule window time. The reason given why they canceled was due to calling twice an not hearing from someone as well as it takes 40mins to arrive at my house. I still had an hour that they could have come. TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! If I could rate them a zero, I would!
