  John came over as an emergency at 6 pm and stayed until 8pm, until the problem was resolved. He was able to come within 3 hours from our call for help. Our pipes were backed up and we didn't have the tools to unclog it ourselves. He was very professional, friendly, and respectful. We were so grateful for his responsiveness. We would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing help.

  Absolutely amazing work. They work superfast. They came extra early for our appointment. Quick and professional service. First time using this company and it was the best decision ever. I'm never going back to Apex. Apex is good but Fast Flow beat them hands down. It's Fast Flow all the way for me and all my associates. Jonathan rocks!!!

  I really can't say enough about Fast Flow Sewer and Drain and A-1 Septic. After getting the run around from a few different plumbers for a couple days and getting taken advantage of by another, we finally got in touch with A-1 Septic to see if we would be able to get our septic pumped. They came out first thing the next morning, in the middle of winter, with a snow storm approaching to dig and pump our septic. After we still had issues with one of our main drains being clogged, they contacted John at Fast Flow for us and he came out the next day during a snow storm to finish fixing the situation and didn't charge us a thing. To say I am so thankful for them is a vast understatement! I will highly recommend to anyone in need!
