My furnace was out. It was cold. I had just had another contractor tell me that I needed a new furnace! I got a second opinion. Ebolution Mike came out asked a couple questions looked at the system cleaned the sensor that needed cleaning and my furnace is working great again! Super happy with the service and experience. Thank you!

I was happy with my previous HVAC company, so I was a little concerned when I learned that they were closing and transferring their accounts to another company. I shouldn't have been worried. Ebelution has exceeded my expectations and then some. In the fall Alicia called to schedule my annual furnace maintenance, and Mike came out and performed the service and took the time to answer all of my questions. Towards the end of the winter, when my furnace started making a strange noise, Mike came out right away, diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part (the furnace would still work in the interim), and just two days later came back with the new part and installed it, and my furnace has been running and sounding like new since. Mike is an extremely knowledgeable and personable tech, and Alicia at the office always returns my phone calls and answers my emails right away. I will be calling Ebelution to schedule my AC maintenance this spring, and I look forward to working with them for years to come.
