      Savannah and Tracey are great to work with. Very professional and the works gets done correctly. I have used them several times as I do fix and flips. They have very competitive prices as well. I had a major issue with my sewer line, in that the city tap was almost level with the house drain so there was very very little slope. No fault of Drain Terrier, but rather the home builder and/or city engineers. Savannah was very helpful and professional in helping me and the new buyers (I was flipping it) understand the issues and put us at ease. She reached out to the buyers on more than one occasion to make sure they understood the situation. They were very knowledgeable in regards to this unusual situation. Highly recommend. I use them for all my sewer issues with fix and flips.

      I had two leaks in different areas start on Sunday afternoon, one resulting in pipe replacement and another requiring drain cleaning. Within 24 hours Drain Terrier arrived at my home and had both fixes fully done with everything working. Very professional service, and answered all my plumbing questions while they were here. I will be using Drain Terrier for all my plumbing services going forward, they have made a customer for life. Thank you so much for the quick response and work, it helps put my mind at ease knowing my home is safe.

      I’ve been arguing with myself on whether or not to post this, but I feel like my experience has been less than spectacular. I called Drain Terrier last week to come and give me a quote for replacing some floor drains (as they kept backing up and the drains have seen better days). When I called, I was promptly scheduled for a mid-morning appointment. Lisa and Savannah were both super nice and professional. Fast forward to the day of the appointment. I get a call about 30 minutes before my appointment that other jobs are taking longer than expected and was asked if we could move my appointment back (understandable, and I mean, I get it). So my appointment was moved back by a few hours. This happened one more time that day and my technicians, Gary and another, finally came around 4-5 pm. They were friendly and courteous and listened to what I was concerned about. They didn’t have the proper equipment with them to scope my floor drains so we scheduled another appointment for the following day. The next day, Gary and a different guy, show up right on time and with the right equipment. They quickly scoped my floor drains and found two really bad dips and really bad scaling/corrosion within the cast iron and recommended replacing all cast iron in my basement. I requested a quote for that and they mentioned that I would receive the scope video in my email shortly after my appointment. Fast forward a week, my sewer has backed up a couple more times and I’ve had a couple other plumbers out to give me quotes (doing my due diligence, they’re actually pretty competitively priced) and I still have not received a scope video. I’ve called and been told twice that “we will have it to you by the end of the day.” We will see if I actually ever get it. Due to the issues above, I would probably not recommend this company to a friend nor use their services again.

      Hi Tom, I apologize for the delays in getting you the video footage and for the need to reschedule your appointment. Totally understandable that you would be less than satisfied. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us provide better service. We are moving to bluetooth uploads for our video inspections vs. thumb drive to make the process smoother in the future. We are a small team and with all of the viruses going around had to give the tech assigned to your job time off to quarantine. Not an excuse, just the truth.
