From the initial call to the installation, Delaware Plumbing Professionals was responsive, professional and efficient! Ryan B was our technician. He came out late on a Friday night to assess our water heater which ultimately needed to be replaced. He was back the next day (on a Saturday) to replace it. His service was top notch! The quality of the work, cleanliness, promptness (in fact arrived early), knowledge and overall demeanor, A++!! Thank you Ryan and Delaware Plumbing Professionals for the wonderful service!

Very impressed with this company. From the 1st phone call to the completion of the job they were top notch. These days it’s hard to trust the plumbing companies out there, all they want to do is sell new, there are no options to repair anything it’s new or nothing. Not with Delaware Plumbing Professionals they showed us exactly what was wrong gave us a few different options explained the benefits of each option and also gave their honest option on what they would do if it was their house. That’s another reason I would refer Delaware Plumbing Professionals they were Honest with what needed to be done. This company is not a bunch salesman they are actually plumbers that want to help. We didn’t feel as if we were just a number they spent the time and went over everything. Really impressed with this company Delaware Plumbing Professionals, I would not call anyone else. The level of service is not even close. Great job to Marc & Myles really professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I hope the company knows what they have in you two. Whatever you guys are getting paid it definitely should be more, Marc & Myles you are worth every penny.

After arriving home to find water leaking through my basement foundation, I was distraught. My google search lead me to Delaware Plumbing Service. When I called the person answering the phone quickly set up an appointment. When Joe and Eddie arrived to my home, they identified themselves and were so professional. They were able to quickly identify the leak, which I was so grateful. I was given an estimate and the work was completed the same day. They explained the process and went above and beyond to repair my busted pipe and install a new sump pump. Both Joe and Eddie were so friendly, professional and easy going. I felt taken care of and would recommend them hands down to anyone needing Plumbing service. Thanks again for making my day !!!! I appreciate your prompt arrival and excellent service.
