  Needed new hot water heater. Before renters arrived. Custom mechanical team was responsive…came same day, and Cody on their staff did an excellent job changing out the water heater. He answered all my questions and did a neat installation…..inhighly recommend them!

  Giving a huge shout-out for Custom Mechanical. I am remiss at timing since our work was done at the end of August. Living in an old house that is on the continual fixer upper list sometimes has it's challenges. We gave Custom and their plumbers a chance to SHINE!! Compete redo of all the plumbing and new bathroom was the challenge. Picture the worst crawl space for anyone over 12 years old and that's what they had to get in and out of. Don't know how many times they had to suit up and get under because I lost count. Just sayin!!!! End result: Awesome job, peace of mind and new plumbing with time frame that kept us from any inconvenience. KUDOS to Kenny and his helper Coty. Would recommend them to anyone who needs work that they know is done right. THANK YOU KENNY, you guys are great!
