  This is the first time I’ve needed to use a plumber in quite some time. I’m not sure I’ve much to compare them too but I’m also not sure I need to. The tech I had representing the company (Tyler) doing my repairs was beyond exceptional. Great attitude and very good communication. Expedient, concerning and a skill set that was well balanced. Based on my first time use I would definitely use them again should the need arise and I would undoubtedly recommend anyone else to give them a shot. My rating is 5 stars.

  I am a new home owner and that can be scary when things go wrong. From the people scheduling appointments to the technicians- this company authentically care. They fixed things explaining and checking in on the way knowing I had a tight schedule. Didn’t mind my annoying dog barking and even asked his name to call to him every now and then which made him more relaxed. Above and beyond service quality care and the job was also completed efficiently. I became a member because it’s hard to find companies to trust and ones that authentically care about the job and experience. They showed compassion in every element of the business and you can’t put a price on that in today’s atmosphere. And their pricing was reasonable and most of all- made sense. They’re happy to explain when asked and I recommend them to anyone weary of past experiences with others to try them when you need a team to help. :)

  I was so impressed with the level of service we received! Tyler showed up on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond (meaning he did not just do the minimum amount of work needed to get the job done.) Tyler performed the job with care, as if he was doing the installation in his own home. It was very clear that he takes pride in his work, and cares about providing excellent customer service. I would absolutely use Craig Faulks Plumbing again.
