  Professional company from the very beginning of getting info, quote then scheduling as compared to other companies. Awesome technician. Knowledgeable, efficient and excellent communication skills to let me know what he was doing, how and why. No sales push but willing to look at other potential plumbing needs and advise if needed, estimate how and when they may fail and what alternate solutions to consider. We plan to use them and will request our technician, Lou, for future plumbing needs

  I'm new to the area, so I choose Courtesy Plumbing based solely on positive online reviews, and the positive reviews were accurate. The two gentlemen who helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. I really couldn't be happier with the whole experience. It was easy to schedule, and they came exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves completely, and it was a tricky job. They had to cut out drywall in the garage ceiling to diagnose the root cause of a leak. Turns out it was the valve in an upstairs shower, which required an unusual replacement part. Still, they tracked down and installed the replacement a few days later.

  Lou went above and beyond to explain, and then do the necessary work. He had patience when we discussed expense, explained pros and cons of having the work done. He is definitely an asset to this company. My entire experience from receptionist, to work being being done was super professional. He is very experienced! The work looks and is excellent.
