I've used these folks for 5 years. Never had any problem. They are a bit more expensive than your independent HVAC contractor but they always come on time and do a good job. Very reliable. Noticed all the "one star" reviews are from around 5 years ago...so maybe they had a bad employee then.

County submitted a bill for material/parts for a system I don't have at the building. For 4 years they have submitted a bill for interest charges. They 4 years later they put a lien in the property for $118.;I called to find out what is going on, and on one knows what is going on.

After about a week of having to repeatedly call to ask when our part would be ordered, they still had not resolved our issue.    Not responsive and had to call 4 days in a row for a response.    Taking our business elsewhere to someone who knows how to communicate with a phone.

Great service and great pricing on heating components. They had what I needed to get my hot water working again quickly. Special thanks to Tom, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their oil delivery service is great too.

For years I have relied upon these guys to solve problems for me on an emergency basis and for years they have delivered. I run the vacation and long term rental department at a local real estate firm with over 100 properties in the Stowe area. Whenever I call these guys for an emergency they answer the phone right away, they arrive when they say they will and they get the job done courteously and expediently without over charging for their services. I don't know what I'd do without them. Over the summer it was for water pressure problems and plumbing issues.This week they came through for me again during the busy holiday season for at 7:30 in the morning for a problem with my own furnace on a sub-zero day and at 8:30 am for frozen pipes in a property up at Mt. Mansfield where we had vacation rental guests. You guys are the best! I feel lucky to have service people I can rely upon myself and recommend to my clients. Five stars aren't enough. Thank you County!
