  I am very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism. Glenn and his team do a first rate job. Julia in the office is very helpful and courteous. John was very knowledgeable and thorough. He went to work and not only solved my faucet problem but also replaced a number of fixtures. I will call them and recommend Coastal for any plumbing need.

  So, at 12:30 today - on the year's most BEAUTIFUL Saturday, I went downstairs to load up a cooler but instead - discovered LOTS of standing water in our [finished] ground-level basement. Water was everywhere. Our first flood. We naturally called Glen right away. Within ONE HOUR, Glen had arrived, orchestrated a [terrific] restoration company (see silk-screen on shirts), and had a Suez Water Co. guy on scene! Glen had figured out the problem AND the solution within MOMENTS of arriving! (Incidentally, Glen has now earned a place at our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners...maybe even in The Will!) The five stars only represent an eency, teency percentage of how we would rate his knowledge-base, his work, and his ability to connect with the best resources - probably in the whole state. (And, yes, he has done a LOT more 'non-emergency' work for us too). Consummate professional.

  Glenn and his staff are amazing. A couple of years ago, we had some frozen pipes which caused quite a disaster. Glenn was on the scene in a matter of an hour, and actually took my Mom's dog home with him so she could go to a hotel. It was a long haul, but Coastal fixed all of the problems and we now use them for all of our plumbing needs.
