  I had an issue with my hvac unit, that I've only had for a year, and after paying a lot of money to have it evaluated and worked on it is back to having the same issues if not worse. Also after putting a hole in my ceiling while installing it, I waited over a month to get them back out to repair the ceiling. And because of the coils being dusty do to the filter getting wet and not doing its job properly they called it "neglect" and said it voided my warranty so I had to pay everything out of pocket. I just see a lazy company at this point

  In response to your issue - we have been in business over 25 years and we have never voided a customer's manufacture warranty and yours is covered for 10 years from the date of installation. This warranty covers parts and compressor but does not cover maintenance issues. We provided a one year labor warranty but this does not cover your filter maintenance. A year later you called because your unit was freezing up. We had to pull and clean the coil due to being completely plugged up which will happen if the customer does not change their filter monthly and if they are doing any home construction repairs and this is a billable service because it is a maintenance issue. It was difficult to figure out who you were but when you referenced ceiling damage we were able to locate who this is because it has been years since we have had any ceiling mishaps. We did repair the ceiling as soon as a reputable contractor was available to do so. When a unit is in the attic there is a slight chance for mishap during installation which may cause ceiling damage and we do apologize for this happening to you but we did do the repairs. Thank you for addressing these issues and they were brought to management to be able to respond to you and help future customers.

  CAW is amazing! They are courteous, prompt and always very thorough!! Vicky is the sweetest when you call! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my a/c!!
