  I was very pleased with Rick. He was not only professional but personable. He not only explained the issues with my HVAC system, but showed me exactly what he was talking about. That's what I appreciated the most. Oh, and he came prepared for my dog, with treats in his pocket! I will definitely be referring anyone to Canady's and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Otis and the fellows arrived on time and went right to work. It seemed as if they were finished in no time. They insured I was satisfied with the system and service, and cleaned up behind themselves.

  AC was not cooling. They came by and spent over an hour. Figured I was going to pay a ton. Before he left, checked the outside unit. Did they tell my wife that there was some kind of leak or we need a new unit?.. nope! Admitted that the last technician didn’t fully plug I. The outside unit. NO CHARGE since they screwed up. That is an honest company with more importantly honest techs. Definitely would recommend!

  Emailed Canadys and they contacted me the very next day. They set up an appointment at my convenience and sent Eddy out later that evening. Eddy was fantastic!!! Did a great job of diagnosing the system and the problem. Offered solutions and did a full system check for us. Phenomenal service by a phenomenal technician! Highly recommend to anyone needing that highly skilled professional.
