  Hands down, the best guy to deal with in the Meade county/Hardin county area. Was here less than 24 hours after I called, 20+ years in the Industry, he doesn't dilly dally, had my septic system unclogged and pumped in under an hour. Nice new truck, clean and well kept. Very well mannered with my wife. A real Pro! Returned my call promptly and when the work was finished he even gave me some tips on how to keep our system working great. I will definitely call them every time! Thanks C&S!

  Called on 16 September with concerns about a necessity to continually plunge solid waste in toilets. After a brief conversation regarding my concerns, possible causes, and suggested remedies I scheduled an appointment for evacuation of my septic system. On 17 September they let me know they were on the way and arrive at my scheduled time. I show the area where I suspect my tank is and we discover that the tank is in a different location. Once the tank access cover is located and removed I am shown the issue and explained what the suspected cause is in plain language. So not only do I have my system evacuated but I am given the root cause of issues and a defacto solution without additional consultation fees or diagnostic charges. They did not dig unnecessarily nor cause any damage to my yard. I literally only have an area smaller than a 36 inch circle of disturbed earth moved to access my buried septic tank. If you want service where you receive an explanation in words you can understand without insulting your intelligence or breaking your bank account, this is the place to get it. Thank you guys so much.

  Jarret went the extra mile with me and was very polite and helpful. He answered questions honestly and even helped with a problem that he was not there for. He put concerns I had to rest with solid advice. I will only use C&S Pumping for my septic tank service from now on. OH, by the way the cost was very affordable also. Great Company.
