  This was the second time we utilized the services of this company and both times they were very responsive to our call for assistance. The plumber arrived on time. The work was completed in a very professional manner beginning with an explanation of what the problem was and the various options to fix it. We chose the option to extend the life of our water heater and eliminate the leak caused by the overflow valve malfunction. I was very impressed that great care was taken to provide a clean work area for the repair technician to work. After the repair was completed, he stayed there to test the system and verify it was working correctly. He then cleaned up the area around the repair which was minimal due to the professional manner in which he prepared the area prior to beginning the job. I then paid the bill which I thought was very reasonable. Thank you! You guys are the fabulous!!!

  I understand why, but even though they have worked on my drains in the past and I thought we had a good relationship they no longer work on older homes. I'm sorry you have me confused with someone else. I live in North Port. One street from your business address. You didn't even get as far as my address or name. Just asked when my house was built and then said you don't work on older homes.

  I’m sorry you had to write this review for me we did show up and assessed your problem and realized it was too big a job for us at this time and I did not charge you for driving all the way up to Venice. I felt bad your back up , they can be very stressful that’s why I didn’t charge Brian

  My back flow preventer failed and needed replacement as water had to be shut off. Brian Jr. responded and completed the replacement of the valve device and also performed a maintenance service that was overdue on the water heater. He was very responsive in returning my initial call, on time for the visit, professional in his work and very knowledgeable as he explained all aspects of the work done and answered my questions. A great guy too! Will recommend Bowersox to everyone. Rob Zander, Grand Palm, Venice Fla.
