They were recommended by Marks sewer service after they found out we had roots in our drain line. I called and left a message, they called back. They were able to Josh out within hours of my initial call. My wife was very impressed with him. I would highly recommend both blue water and Marks sewer service. I now have a proper working sewer instead of water backed up in my basement. Thank you blue water and Marks sewer service. They are now in my contacts on my phone

Placed a call at 5am (when they were closed) got a call by 6am(when they were closed) for a clogged drain that was backing up into the shower. Was told someone should be out around 8am, crew was at my house around 730!!! Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Timely, professional, and cared for us as we were friends and family. Responsibly priced considering the situation, and the prompt service.

Great experience! Josh was great to deal with and very professional. They cleared the main drain and were able to show us the problem using a camera. Prices were also reasonable, the previous plumber was more than double the price and not nearly as professional,which is why we were looking for a new plumber. Josh will now be who we call for any plumbing needs we have.

They come out quickly, get the job done, and stand by their work. They really care about the customer, and they want to do a great job. The guys are friendly as is the woman we spoke to on the phone. We will use them again if ever needed.

They showed up to unblock a urinal and somehow the flush that was working just fine an hour earlier was broken.  Suspicious, though not enough to write a terrible review.  No worries, he unblocked it and said he'd order the part for the flush which took more than 2 weeks to arrive (seemed like a long time - though I'm no expert).  When we tried calling to see what was going on about a week and a half later we got hung up on.  3 days later I rang back again and left a message.  Got a call back though.  Eventually someone did show up again.  Charged us for that work and for fixing a leak even though it wasn't leaking before and now that it's "fixed" it's leaking!!  Cost well over $300.  Wasn't worth it.

We called them on a Monday morning and they were at our house 2 1/2 hours later (This wasn't an emergency). They were friendly, thorough and neat. We will call again should the situation arise!
