  Big Daddy Plumbing did extensive work at my parents house and I was very pleased with their work. Their communication was excellent as they provided frequent updates by email, text, photos and video. They did everything they said they would do and were a pleasure to work with. All work was performed in a professional and quality oriented manner. Very satisfied with the work they completed for me. Would absolutely hire them again.

  I don’t even know where to begin! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!! We had a pipe burst on Sunday night after that blizzard and the company we use and have a contract with was unable to send anyone. Jeff was recommended to us and he was at our house Monday morning within minutes of that phone call. He has been nothing more than amazing. He fixed the burst pipe, left no mess. In fact, he left it cleaner than it was when he got here!!! He has been talking my husband and I through this whole process, no matter the time of day/night. Our oil burner froze/seized due to the FD turning off our unit to stop the water and to prevent any more damage and Jeff was able to find a new burner for us and will be installing it and replacing our baseboards as well. We are very grateful for Jeff. He did not take advantage of new homeowners who have no idea what to do in a very overwhelming situation. He treated us with respect and empathy. He is efficient, quick to respond, meticulous with his work, caring and does not take advantage. I will continue to use Jeff for any plumbing needs and I will recommend him to anyone who needs a great and reliable plumber. Thank you Jeff!

  I cannot express how blessed we were to find Jeff and to have him able to do the work in our bathroom. We have had 4 different plumbers in our house and none of them were as competent, efficient, and took the time to explain what our fix needed the way he did. Truly one of the best on the island without a doubt.
