  Water heater leaked during the night. Called the following morning, the service team was at my house by the afternoon. Very professional they put a tarp over my carpet and even put foot bags over their shoes. They also reached out to me a few hours later after the install to make sure I didn’t have any issues. Great service team and company

  This is the second time I have called on Benjie's for a plumbing emergency and both times they hit it out of the park with their customer service. This time my water heater went up and I called at 8pm to just leave a message and low and behold Ben answered the phone. That is awesome! We talked about my situation and he was out the next day to replace my tank. Could not ask for a more positive, professional and productive experience. Will definitely use again! Thank you Benjie's!

  I am so incredibly grateful that Benjie's was able to respond to my call today! He answered when I called and communication was easy, we were able to just text message one another. He stated he would be up later this afternoon and he was! It was a pretty quick repair and I think the amount was more than reasonable, I thought it would be more. I will absolutely be contacting Benjie's again should the need arise and I will continue to recommend his company as well! Thank you for helping out a Mom whose husband was out of town and has zero knowledge of plumbing. :0)
