B & D has come out twice—once to replace a panel on a mini-boiler for in floor heat and then to complete some furnace maintenance. Both times, the techs were friendly, professional and punctual. They took the time to answer my questions and explained in layman’s terms so I could understand. The charge was very reasonable as well. I am so impressed with this company and their level of customer service!

Our furnace stopped working over night. Called a few places and the receptionist at B&D were helpful. Hayden came out and took a look at our furnace and laid out all of the options. Our situation was fix this piece and see if it works but Hayden said there may be a few other issues that were causing the furnace to not work. He went through the furnace and said what would have to be replaced soon. Ended up being more problems than anticipated. All options were provided and we decided to get a new furnace after letting him know if the rest of the problems we've been having. I would highly recommend B&D for their services.

I had a plumbing leak after hours and Jackson was there within an hour and resolved the issue professionally and quickly. He did wonderful work and was very friendly. Lindsey on the phone was also extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
