  B and B Appliance is the best appliance store in Cheyenne!! Two months ago we needed a new dishwasher. We looked all over town for a new dishwasher and for it to be installed. B and B delivered the dishwasher, installed it and took the old one. Other stores charged at least $25 to remove the old one and would not hook it up. Fast forward to this week. Our refrigerator died. Again we looked all over town for a refrigerator. Again, B and B delivered the refrigerator, hooked it up, and took the old one. Other places would have made us wait at least two weeks or more before we could get it hooked up. B and B were so kind and worked us into their tight schedule and we now have a new refrigerator. Caleb and Jerry worked very hard and quickly to get the refrigerator up our stairs and though some tight spots. I will go directly to B anB Appliance from now on. I won’t waste my time with other stores. Their staff was so helpful, kind and courteous. I would highly recommend B and B Appliance for your household needs.

  Two years ago we were in the market for a washer and dryer and went to B&B to support a local business. The sales people were good. We paid more than we would have other places but thought it would be better to have units that could be serviced. Since then we’ve have had a couple problems and it’s nearly impossible to get service done. The first issue we had a few months ago was ignored. Now it’s because we live a ways out of town and it’s “hard to get to this area”... so we are waiting for when it is convenient for them. I really wish I could say it was a good decision to go local, but it really wasn’t. I will never buy anything from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
