  Sean came to my house for a master shower leak, he was on-time, professional, extremely thorough, and personable. He inspected the kitchen and the bathroom and quickly identified the issue, he explained in detail what needed to be repaired and he replaced the drain. He ensured the leak had been fixed prior to leaving for the day. I no longer have water pooling onto my kitchen countertop and I didn't need to cut into the drywall. I could not be happier with the service received! Augustine Plumbing is my go-to company!

  READ THIS FIRST!! I was having issues with my sump pump which they installed when I had my house built. For years the pump activated daily even when it wasn’t raining. They told me it was fine. I used them again because the battery in the pump needed to be replaced again they said it wasn’t a problem. FW my sump pump had another issue 4 years later... they didn’t return my call in time so I called someone else. My new plumber informed me of how bad a job was performed last and I was a day away from having my basement flood! My house is only 5 years old. Thank God I called someone else to prevent major damage to my relatively new house!

  Sean came to check out my leaking outdoor hose bib. He was on-time, neat and professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and laid out the best and worst case scenarios for the fix. He had to open up a wall but he did it neatly so it will be easy to repair. I will definitely use this company again.
