  The owner came to check out the problem. The repair was under the house and was difficult to get to. He did the repair without complaining even though it was dirty and wet. His price was fair and I would call them again if needed.

  Call this morning and the receptionist is most unfriendly. They did all the install of my total renovation 2 years ago spent thousands of dollars with them. Serviced me in the past a month ago and now they no longer provide service repairs as my warranty elapsed. Referred me to their sister company. Weak
