  We were disappointed with the services provided. We had a problem with our AC and the owner of the company, Mohammed, came to evaluate and replaced the unit with his team, stating the problem should be resolved, and we made the full payment for the services done. The AC still did not work and we informed him of the issue. He asked for photos to evaluate and we monitored for days, without any luck. We requested him many times to come and re-evaluate, but we were given excuses. After he finally came in to check and repair with a new part, the problem still remained unresolved. At this point he has blamed the existing AC system that had been installed and working before this since 25 years. It has been 10 days and we still do not have a working AC despite paying in full. We suggest those who work with him in the future make sure not to make the full payment until the job is satisfactorily done.
