  Called All City Plumbing about 7pm on 12/30/21. We needed the water heater replaced immediately for our tenants as the existing one had completely died. Matt was dispatched within 30 mins. He completed the free estimate and confirmed the power vent and expansion tank had run their course. Since all suppliers had already closed for the night, Matt made it a priority this morning 12/31/21 to locate a supplier that carried the water heater we needed. We appreciate Matt for coming to our aid by replacing the water heater and expansion tank. He’s professional, provides clear explanation of the issues, provided after pics and also drove to our home to receive payment. It was awesome to meet him in person and shake his hand for a job well done. Great work and Customer Service at its finest! Thanks so much!

  All city plumbing was great. Sam was our plumber and he was a pleasure to have. Great to see younger generation excelling with their passions. Sam was very professional and clean. Provided very good information we feel we definitely needed but didn’t know about our plumbing and for being a newer homeowner.very insightful and helpful. Will definitely be recommending these guys to friends without hesitation! Great job very happy customer here. -Chris

  First time customer and I am very pleased with the all around service provided. Even though the original quote did end up increasing due to unavoidable necessary repairs, Edward did his best to repair what was existing. He did a great job to finish timely and patiently walked me through all repairs and ensured that I was 100% satisfied before leaving. I appreciated that he took the time to listen and explain all options for the additional repairs and I did not feel pressured when making final decisions. We now have all issues fixed and I feel confident that his quality workmanship will last years. I would definitely recommend All City Plumbing because of their responsiveness, reliability, professionalism, pricing, quality of work, friendliness and great customer service. Thank you again, Ed, for helping fix our plumbing issues correctly.
