  All American was very responsive and came out the same day. Did a great professional job pumping my septic tank and went above and beyond helping with my secondary pump issue. Saved me $1000 not having to replace my pump. Honest and friendly. I’ll call them anytime I have a septic issue in the future.

  Had them pump my septic tank. In the process they poked a hole in one of my sprinkler pipes while probing to find it and broke another pipe while digging. I didn't know it happened before they left nor did they tell me and the broke pipe was obvious. Once I discovered it I called to see if they would repair what they broke. They didn't say they didn't damage them, they just said it isn't their responsibility and refused to do anything. Extremely poor business practices. Stay away!

  This company is great. We had our drain field rebuilt. They were very courteous from the first time we called throughout the entire process. When I say courteous I mean courteous . These guys called me and set a date in a timely manner. This kind of great service is hard to find these days and I was most appreciative. Thanks for the hard work. Highly recommend
