  Showed up late. Told me the same thing I had told them about my water heater over the phone. They told me only a plumber could get a replacement authorization from the manufacturer which is not true. And then told me to pay them 125$ for coming out and doing nothing and providing no new information. Then called me two weeks later demanding money. There are better plumbing companies in the area.

  Horrible experience from this business! A real life 3 Stooges act! AO Smith hot water heater warranty repair from Lowe’s, authorized repair shop. They never showed, never called. Blew me off twice for appointments. I’m shocked the manufacturer and Lowes allow their good names to be associated with this comedy act! Stay clear of this business unless you enjoy being disappointed.

  SOOO RUDE! And unprofessional. I called made an appointment for the next morning. No one ever showed I called back they said they had an emergency and can’t come. So they said they would come the following day. I HAVE NO WATER AT ALL! For 4 DAYS! I call the next day to confirm they are coming the lady says “I’ll check and call you back” like what?!? She calls back and is like “yeah we can’t come” it will be next week maybe. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I explained to her I have no water for days because of this and all she said was “have a good day” and hung up. I am in disbelief and so upset.
