  Advanced installed a new AC & Heating system in our home. They beat 2 competitors price on like models by a substantial amount. When the first tech came to give an estimate I was unable to be home and he called and happily & professionally answered numerous questions. He also did not try to up-sell me to the most expensive option; even told me that, that particular model was overkill for the size of our home. Once scheduled 3 techs came out and performed the work. They were on time, professional and left ZERO mess behind. They completed thorough testing of the system and walked my wife through use of the new system. We are extremely happy with this business; highly recommend.

  Advanced was quick to respond and get our unit repaired. Some other companies wanted $1,000 just to fill with refrigerant and diagnose the issue. My repair was less than that. Advanced has done other work for me and I trust them.

  I am very please with the professional service I received on the installation of a new heating and cooling system. The technicians did an excellent job, answered all questions and explained what was done and how to use. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was done. I also appreciated their timeliness, and the notifications I received that the technicians were on the way. The staff in the office was also very professional and followed up to make sure my needs were promptly met. I definitely recommend this company for their service.
