  I can't recommend Travis highly enough! I had a leaky kitchen faucet and called a big company first. I left 2 voicemails and waited 1 1/2 hours for a return call. In the meantime I called Travis who answered on the first call and was able to come out the same day to replace my faucet. He went above and beyond by meeting me at the store to find a proper faucet replacement!! He also fixed an issue with our p trap and a caulking issue behind the sink. I honestly couldn't have been happier with his work ethic, professionalism, craftsmanship and his prices were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend 1st Rate Service Plumbing and Travis!

  Travis is professional and very detail oriented. He came to investigate a leak that the gas company said existed in the basement near my hot water heater. He first used a leak detector product. After he found nothing, he went to the local hardware store and rented and electronic detector to triple check. I will surely call on 1st rate plumbing in the future. Thank you Travis!

  Travis is the absolute best! He has done a few plumbing jobs for us, including replacing our hot water heater recently. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, does absolutely great work! I recommend him to all my clients and he always gets rave reviews! Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumbing job done right.
